A Signal Read shows where coherence holds and where it breaks.
It reveals:
→ What is immediately clear
→ What creates hesitation
→ What builds trust without effort
→ What quietly erodes it
→ Where your identity and communication are aligned
→ Where they are not
Many leaders sense that something is off long before results change.
The Signal Read names what’s happening before you keep fixing the wrong things.
I read across the elements that determine clarity, trust, and authority at first contact.
Visual Identity
→ What your brand signals before a single word is read.
→ What people assume immediately about credibility and alignment.
Messaging
→ What your words make people feel and hear.
→ What lands. What doesn’t.
Positioning
→ Where your brand actually sits in the mind of the market.
→ Whether your authority is visible or obscured.
Promise and Proposition
→ What outcome your brand implies.
→ Whether the promise feels grounded or strained.
Personality and Presence
→ The human signal underneath the brand.
→ Whether the presence feels real or performative.
I also read the experience of entering your brand.
→ From the moment of opt-in through the first follow-up.
→ I am reading how it feels to step inside, whether trust strengthens or weakens.
→ This is not about performance. It is about coherence.
I don’t read brands from theory.
I read them from having been inside the work for a long time.
For decades, I’ve led creative and strategic teams building brands, products, experiences, and sales systems that were responsible for real revenue and real outcomes in the tens of millions.
I’ve watched what happens when everything is aligned, and momentum feels natural, and I’ve watched what happens when something small shifts and things quietly start to break.
That contrast matters.
It means I don’t just see what looks off.
I recognize what that misalignment will cost if it goes unaddressed.
→ I’ve seen strong brands lose trust without understanding why.
→ I’ve seen good ideas fail because the signal didn’t match the promise.
→ I’ve seen capable leaders push harder when what they actually needed was clarity.
It allows me to notice misalignment early, before it becomes obvious, and to name it plainly without dramatizing it or smoothing it over.
That’s the lens I bring to a Signal Read.
Clear. Grounded. Experienced.
A Signal Read is delivered as a written diagnostic report.
→ 8–10 pages
→ Clear, direct, non-performative
→ Focused on first contact and interpretation
→ No fluff, no coaching language
The report shows:
• How your brand is actually being read
• Where coherence holds and where it breaks
• What builds trust immediately
• What quietly erodes it
• Where you’re fixing symptoms instead of causes
In some cases, I may include short video clips when they add precision. The written report is the core deliverable.
How It Works
-
Click the button below to request a Signal Read.
-
Fill out the information on the form.
-
I will do a brief fit check.
-
If I proceed, I confirm scope and timing via text.
-
I conduct the read independently, using only what is publicly visible or actively used in your marketing.
-
You receive the written report.
If you want clarification on the findings, an optional follow-up call is available to walkthrough questions and ensure the read is understood correctly.
This call is for clarity only. It is not coaching, strategy, or implementation.
Investment
Signal Reads are tiered based on the size of the business and the depth of signal being assessed.
Most reads fall between $1,500–$2,000.
More complex ecosystems with multiple brands, offers, or teams may fall higher, up to $5,000.
I review each submission personally.
After reviewing your materials, I will confirm whether I can proceed and provide the exact investment before the read begins.
This ensures the scope matches the work and the read remains precise.
This work is limited. I only take on reads I know I can help.
